Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging materials, and affix the provided RMA number to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions
