At SELVORNITHAX, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we make returns easy and stress-free. Please review our returns policy below so you understand the process and requirements.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original packaging and condition, without signs of wear or use.
• Only items purchased directly from SELVORNITHAX are eligible for a return.
• Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging materials, and affix the provided RMA number to the outside of the package.
4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and details of the defect. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
